The first
75 production 2005 Ram Daytona models debuted just prior
to the Florida Dodge Dealers 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck
Series race. Dodge hosted a Ram Daytona drive-away, the
75 Daytona's trucks participated in the driver
introduction parade laps for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck
Series race. Several Dodge Dealers participated, and
drove the trucks from the racetrack to their dealership
showrooms that afternoon.
Dodge Ram
Daytona models with plaque numbers one through 75 took a
ceremonial parade lap to mark the vehicle's "special
delivery" to the Southeast regional Dodge dealers.
Other
Dodge Rams in Spotlight at Daytona were two
Viper-powered 2006 Dodge Ram SRT10 Quad Cabs that paced
the field for the season-opening Florida Dodge Dealers
250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race. |
